Cancellation Policy (Widerrufsbelehrung)

Note: Only the German version of this Cancellation Policy is legally binding. This English translation is provided for informational purposes only.

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Businesses within the meaning of Section 14 BGB do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For such reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.

Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if we have begun performance of the contract after you have

1. expressly consented to us beginning the performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
2. confirmed your acknowledgment that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of the performance of the contract.

For the delivery of computer software as a download, the entry and activation of the license key constitutes the commencement of the performance of the contract within the meaning of Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB). Upon activation of the license key, your right of withdrawal therefore expires.
